Prices At MURUMURURU
Our prices reflect the hours and energi spent to produce our products. It is an important aspect of our business to be able to offer our local business partners a fair and profitable wage for the work they have put into the production.
We reserve the right to make errors in our stated prices and to change prices according to the market.
MURUMURURU accepts payment with:
VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay and Bank transfer.
The payment will be deducted from your account, when the item is shipped or in the case of preorders: when the order has been placed. All amounts are in DKK and incl. VAT.
MURUMURURU ships orders within 1-3 business days.
If it is important that your package leaves the same day, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will try to accommodate your request :) This also applies to special requests as for example pick up on our address.
We ship to all of Europe with free shipping.
We ship to the rest of the world for an additionel cost. See the prices at check out.
If problems arise, or if you have special wishes for your shipment, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
Your shipment will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering (within DK) and 5-7 business days (rest of Europe). Allow 7-14 days for orders outside of Europe.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product / service. Please read the attached information on how to handle your product.
You must complain within "reasonable time", after you have discovered the defect / error.
MURUMURURU will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
Remember that all our products are handmade. Variations in design and colors will therefore occur. Contact us if the product does not live up to your expectations - and we will find a good solution. You can reach us on firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have recieved your order. The costs of returning is not covered by MURUMURU.
Upon return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return.
The condition of the item upon return
The condition of the item when returning must be the same, as when you received it. Please fold our blankets in the same way, as you received them.
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount, you have paid to us, back. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. We may withhold the refund, until we have received the item returned.
